Position Summary
As an Executive Assistant at GSK, you will play a vital role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications, enabling the team to focus on driving impactful work. Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks such as expense reporting and document management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency in daily operations.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work on-site in Panama with flexibility as needed.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools or systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
