Job Description
The Executive Assistant serves an administrative role to the Cellular Therapy ICCE Program. Will function independently with limited supervision from the ICCT System Administrative Officer. Will serve as the primary staff person to the ICCT System Administrative Officer and the focal point for direct communication to and from the Cellular Therapy ICCE Program.
Additional Job Description
Education: A bachelor's degree and three years’ experience in public administration, business administration, planning or public relations.
Equivalency: High school diploma and at least seven years’ experience in public or business administration with a minimum of three of those years in an Executive Assistant role to a senior level leader within an executive, hospital or university administration office. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
