  • Schedule and keep track of meetings, take care of requirements related to the meetings i.e proper invites, conference rooms, conference equipment & Agendas
  • Effectively and efficiently handling verbal & written communication.
  • Work with regional stakeholders for effective calendar and meeting management.
  • Co-ordinate for weekly, fortnightly and monthly Management reports on time.
  • Handling all approvals i.e. travel & expense, IT & procurement related as per the policies laid by the organization.
  • Visa, tickets, transport, hotel, FRRO. 
  • Flawlessly provided logistics support to customer (internal and external) visits at NMIPL
  • Created a good network globally with my counterparts to share best practices to deliver effectively.

Events and Conferences

Responsible for supporting the administrative activities for leadership events. Making and collating agenda for all such events.

Customer Meetings:

Responsible for Logistic support for high profile customer meetings which are very crucial for the business generation. travel, welcome, meeting agendas, taking care of venue, menus, gifts, , evening dinners and networking sessions with the Leadership and other key members of the organization.
