Executive Assistant | 12 month fixed term contract

We are hiring a 12 month Fixed Term Contract maternity cover starting in December to support the Vice President EMEA and wider Leadership Team in day to day running of the team. 

London | Hybrid 3 days in office 

What will you be doing: 

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, anticipating needs and proactively managing time, priorities, and communications.
• Act as a strategic filter for all incoming requests—seeking clarity, understanding intent, and assessing the value to determine if action is necessary or if delegation is more appropriate.
• Stakeholder coordination: serve as the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support schedules and regional priorities.
• Complex calendar management: schedule meetings and diaries  across multiple time zones, understanding key priorities to strategically organize meetings and commitments.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports.
• Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities and initiatives  (including but not limited to Monday Priorities Call, EMEA Town Hall, Stabilise & Ignite Initiative).
• Schedule quarterly business reviews including sourcing venues. agendas, catering, collating presentations and facilitation throughout the day.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Miscellaneous admin support: additional administrative support as needed.

Who you are: 

• Experience supporting senior executives, ideally sales leadership in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset: you anticipate problems before they arise and take initiative without being asked.
• High EQ and professionalism; you build trust, foster collaboration, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
• You have proven experience with heavy calendar management and booking complex international travel.
