Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join the RTX Operations & Supply Chain team. This role will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Quality & CORE and the Vice President (VP) of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S). Based at the RTX Corporate Office, this position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What You Will Do:
Executive Support:
Provide executive administrative support to the SVP of Quality & CORE and the VP of EH&S, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
Arrange and manage executive travel logistics, ensuring timely and accurate expense reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the EH&S and Quality/CORE senior leadership teams, streamlining communication and addressing inquiries.
Provide targeted logistical and administrative support to sub-functions
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Organize and attend executive staff meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely resolution of commitments.
Plan and support organizational events, such as council meetings and department-wide all-hands meetings.
Coordinate offsite meetings for leadership teams, ensuring seamless execution.
Document & Data Management:
Maintain accurate organizational charts, contact lists, and records for the leadership team and their delegates.
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed for leadership meetings.
Maintain department SharePoint, working with team members to ensure data is kept up-to-date.
Collaboration & Communication:
Assist with cross-departmental initiatives, projects, and communications to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Establish and maintain a strong network of support to facilitate the accomplishment of deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Experience & Expertise:
Typically, Associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience supporting senior level executives.
Organizational and Administrative Skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Self-motivated with solid time management skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain a robust support network to achieve deliverables.
Strong work ethic, discretion, and a polished demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills and Tools
Advanced knowledge of SAP & Concur to support travel management, logistics, and expense reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, etc.) and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and virtual conferencing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Qualifications We Prefer
Basic understanding of the Quality & CORE and EH&S functions to assist with day-to-day activities and effectively direct inquiries.

The salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
