Who we’re looking for:
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a self-starter who is ready to perform on day one. You’ll need to be adaptable, and come in with ideas, suggestions, and the attitude that you’re willing to try just about anything. In a small team like ours, everyone wears a lot of hats, and nothing is “not your job.” The environment is dynamic, so you’ll also need to be flexible and adaptable to change as we grow.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Execution Operations team, you will join our team of support staff in the “back office”. You’ll ensure all the details are taken care of to keep Embark running smoothly - assisting with scheduling, resource management, contract approval, and helping us improve all of these processes along the way. Collaborating closely with managing directors, business development, practice leaders, and executive leadership, you'll be instrumental in assigning the right resources to the right projects, fostering innovation, and driving our clients' success. If you're a resourceful problem-solver who loves juggling priorities and making a tangible impact, this is the role for you!
What you’ll bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
1-4 years of professional experience
Proven experience in resource management or project coordination, ideally within a start-up, consulting firm, or similarly agile environment preferred
High level of integrity when handling confidential information
Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to gracefully manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking creatively and proactively
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in Workday PSA and/or Kantata is a plus
