THE JOB:
As a Event Services Supervisor, you'll lead the front-of-house experience and ensure exceptional guest service across all public and premium spaces. This hands-on leadership role is key to delivering seamless events and creating memorable experiences for thousands of guests.
THE STARTING SALARY:
$58,000 - $62,000 annually
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead, train, and manage part-time event staff including ushers, ticket takers, and supervisors.
Oversee guest services operations across entrances, seating levels, premium areas, and elevators.
Ensure smooth event execution by coordinating with Event Managers, clients, and internal teams.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Maintain safety and service standards, making real-time decisions during events. Communicate to the Security Manager and direct report regarding issues that may require further attention.
Collaborate with artists, agents, and producers to support successful event delivery.
Supervise the Guest Services Desk and conduct operational planning meetings.
Manage staffing schedules, event estimates, and departmental resources.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
At least 2 years of prior relevant experience working in an arena environment working events, preferably sporting events, concerts, and game management and production.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$47,165.76 - $62,258.70Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
