What you will do
Responsible for ERP Program business outcome and technology adoption.
How you will do it
Define and approve business scope of the program and each deployment
Engage and manage key business stakeholders and subject matter experts – staff the program with business resources.
Lead business communication and change management in partnership with OCM
Business process scope governance:
Lead the definition of in scope and out of scope ERP processes through an approved Foundation Global Template.
Help define localized ERP process templates
Lead the definition of process standardization through ERP
Lead process integration with Enterprise processes
Define business requirements
Work with GPOs to define and approve business process standardization scope and exceptions
Define scope of data conversion and ensure smooth data migration
Co-lead deployment strategy:
Site readiness – prepare local businesses for ERP implementations and ensure readiness
Localization – define deployment specific statutory, compliance or regional / local requirements
Adoption – ensure solution adoption and ownership
Accept final test results and make Go/No Go decisions
Define business benefits for projects – define quantifiable benefits and track them throughout the program
Ensure realization of benefits by business – track KPIs pre and post go-live and objectively measure success
Lead the executive steering committee with the PMO and ERP Lead
Stakeholder management – manage key business stakeholders
What we look for
Experience in ERP programs, business transformation, or large-scale technology adoption.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior business stakeholders globally.
Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and process standardization, integration, and governance.
Experience driving organizational change and ensuring solution adoption through effective communication.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3,300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
