About the opportunity

As the PMO Manager, you’ll use your Project Methodology expertise, Strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to help improve our project delivery success and achieve even more for all who need us.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Technical PM/PMO Skills: Expert knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management principles, tools, and best practices.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect project execution to organisational strategy.
Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyse project data (schedule, budget, risk) to synthesize actionable insights and recommendations.
Exceptional Communication: Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including C-suite.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software (Mercy is deploying Smartsheet as our PPM tool) along with MS Excel , Word and PowerPoint.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
