About the Role
 

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will promote our health science curriculum materials and electronic products to Higher Education Institutions. You will create successful partnerships through solution-based selling and demonstrating the full value of our product suite. You will build trusted relationships with your customers to understand their needs and recommending products to help them achieve success.
 

Responsibilities

  • Promoting our health science curriculum materials and electronic products to nursing, health science, medical professionals and corporate executives at Higher Education Institutions

  • Building sales revenue by driving successful implementation and adoption of our solution portfolio with your customers.

  • Identifying customer needs through solution-based selling techniques and demonstrating the full value of our product ecosystem

  • Taking ownership of your accounts and business development through delivering exceptional customer service, training and innovative presentations on our products

  • Being a trusted advisor to Higher Education and C-suite professionals at client universities by developing successful relationships and partnerships

  • Tracking sales pipeline, leads and sales cycle through administration of Salesforce


Requirements

  • Have sales experience within technology, higher education, publishing, or healthcare sales

  • Reside within the territory

  • Demonstrate experience with customer engagement, driving adoption and delivering a high-quality service

  • Possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Able to communicate complex technical content to a range of audiences.

  • Show experience using curriculum-based SaaS information or assessment tools or other educational technology systems

  • Be customer focused and able to build and maintain relationships through value driven and collaborative customer interactions

  • Have a genuine interest in health science education and the integration of technology into the educational arena

  • Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record

  • Be able to travel, up to 50% of your time to cover your territory

  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar


 

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois $74,300 - $123,700. Total Target Cash: $114,200 - $190,300. If performed in Chicago, IL, the pay range is $77,800 - $129,600, the TTC is $119,800 - $199,400. U.S. National Pay Range: $70,800 - $117,800, the TTC is $108,800 - $181,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
