Job Description:

HPE is seeking a dynamic project manager to run projects and programs aligned with creating the best in class Networking business on the planet. This role will drive simplification, digitalization, and value realization across key value streams and ensure that projects and programs align with strategy and vision of the combined networking business. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation leadership, this role will lead multiple projects across different value streams and Global Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and automation into projects and activities in the organization.
  • Manage and lead multiple projects involving multiple functions and teams to drive the simplification and digitalization of various Global Functions
  • Communicates project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with the Business Unit, Global IT and Global function SMEs and leaders to recommend and implement changes to tools, processes, or business practices to drive simplification, continuous improvement and manage costs.
  • Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience that includes 2+ years of project management experience
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Track record of managing cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in process mapping and design, value stream mapping, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate business processes and priorities into technology solutions, including automation and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at operational and executive levels.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $89,400.00 - $206,500.00
