About the Role

Come bring to life technologies to lead in Pharma-tech!
As an intern in the Enterprise Automation (EA) group, you will be part of a team that simplifies and automates business processes across Lilly. You’ll work on real-world projects using modern automation tools and technologies, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support development of automation workflows using tools like AA, Power Automate, and Python.
Assist in testing and deploying automation solutions.
Document processes and learnings for internal knowledge sharing.
Participate in Agile team activities and contribute to sprint goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose automation ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Automation tools).
Interest in automation technologies and digital transformation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
