THE OPPORTUNITY
NavVis is creating a world where every physical asset has a trusted digital twin. We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help us turn that vision into reality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and enjoys building from the ground up. You’ll have the freedom to shape and scale a new business vertical, leading the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation with prospects to closing deals. Your insights from the market will play a crucial role in guiding our Product and Engineering teams as they refine and expand our solutions.
As our first Account Executive for the Processing Industry in Europe, your focus will be on winning new business in sectors like Oil & Gas, Chemical etc.. You will develop the strategic playbook for this territory, supported by a dedicated team of Business Development Specialists, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You will act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating how our solutions drive tangible digital transformation for enterprise clients.
- Using your industry knowledge and network, you will take full ownership of the sales process—from planning and prospecting to cultivating and closing strategic accounts.
- You will be responsible for creating market presence, developing targeted account strategies, and managing complex sales engagements.
- You will build a deep understanding of your clients' organizations, identifying key stakeholders and their unique business challenges.
- You will foster strong, trusted relationships, advocating for your clients' needs and ensuring their long-term success.
- You will guide clients through their journey, using our portfolio of case studies and best practices to clearly demonstrate the value of our technology.
- You will collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to achieve collective goals.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle for enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of selling into the Oil & Gas sector.
- Practical experience in rolling out and scaling SaaS platforms across large organizations.
- A solid understanding of digital transformation, particularly in the context of facility or factory digitalization, to build credibility with technical stakeholders.
- A natural drive for hunting new business, from initial contact through proof-of-concept and multi-stakeholder negotiation.
- A balanced approach that blends strong determination with a consultative and strategic sales style.
- A passion for technology, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
- You are based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands or a nearby country.
