Engineering Governance Lead

Requirement to travel 1 week per Month

Secondment 1-2 years

Rolls-Royce has an exciting secondment opportunity working as an Engineering Governance Lead for the Submarines Production Alliance.  The team will be based in Derby but will require travel for 1 week per month.

The successful candidate will be embedded into the Platform Team working directly for the Engineering Governance Manager.

What you will be doing

• Management and curation of the following: Configuration Management, Change management, DMAs, AMAs, EMP, Alignment of all Engineering management / Governance document sand other artefacts.
•  Managing interfaces between Engineering governance activities and coalescing JDA ways of working.

• Degree level in Engineering or equivalent unless the role is a technician role
• Experience in relevent domain is preferred but not essential
• Good communication, presentation skills and an ability to work in a multidiscplinary environment
