ADI’s Corporate Quality Management Systems organization is seeking a driven, experienced Quality Management Systems Applications Development Engineer to support our organization located at ADI’s Wilmington, MA, Corporate Headquarters. The candidate will work in ADI’s Quality Management Systems organization, supporting quality system applications, leading systemic improvement projects, and developing business automation processes for operational excellence, and visual management.
The Quality Management Systems and Enterprise Excellence organization focuses on developing systems and quality process applications to support ADI’s advanced technology solutions evolution and innovation.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Leverage the implementation of AI agent systems for automation and leverage of big data to drive automation and process improvements
Lead on-demand problem-solving development projects supporting quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop workflow automation in Atlassian and advanced MS tools to facilitate problem-solving practice, deployment of systemic improvements, and data visualization.
Support the development of interactive customer communication tools.
Examine and address process workflow inefficiencies and improvements implementation.
Lead organizational systemic improvements expanding across functional groups.
Web development and data management support for web applications.
Software quality management processes development process capabilities improvement
Support conformance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ASPICE certification through process improvements and internal audits
Requirements:
Master of Science in Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related field
Ability to work independently
Project management facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise with Lean Six Sigma tools, 8D methodology, and Agile Management
Eager to leverage AI/ML to drive operational excellence through the deployment of business processes automation tools
Experience conducting data analytics and developing Power BI dashboards.
Experience with industry standard web and business application programing languages.
Familiar with the semiconductor industry
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with the use of scientific problem-solving methodologies and quality tools
Familiar with the semiconductor industry and integrated circuits manufacturing
Project management team facilitation skills
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and Microsoft Power Apps (Power Automate, MS-Teams, Power BI)
Proficiency in JQL coding
Proficiency in SQL programming
Experience with GitHub Actions Automation
Web programming skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
Six Sigma Body of Knowledge experience (ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt certification, desirable)

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $74,400 to $102,300.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
