The Role: Engineer II, Industrial Engineering
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for updating factory layout plans and executing re-layout projects with a focus on optimizing process flow and material movement.
Conduct cycle time studies and perform capacity analyses to support production planning.
Analyze manning ratios and carry out line balancing assessments to enhance labor productivity and resource utilization.
Perform gap analyses to identify production bottlenecks and initiate improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
Provide support for new product introductions, including layout design, time studies, and capacity evaluations.
Assist in routing setup and conduct product standard cost analyses to ensure accurate costing and process alignment.
Contribute to productivity enhancement and cost-reduction projects aimed at operational excellence.
Facilitate internal training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement across all organizational levels.
Execute ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed to support strategic and operational goals.
What We Seek:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering, with a strong foundation in core concepts and tools.
Practical knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies; experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a strong advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD for layout design and skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
