Enablement Operations Manager

The Enablement Operations Manager oversees and manages key projects and initiatives on the Enablement Operations team to improve the experience of internal educator facing teams in order to maximize revenue potential and drive sustainable growth across product lines. The EOM is responsible for supporting and executing Enablement Operations within the Revenue Operations team. The EOM works directly with members of the Sales, Partner Success, Professional Learning, Government Relations, and other internal cross-functional teams to support retaining and growing business across a portfolio of products in Mathematics, Literacy Portfolio, Science, Assessment and Digital/Teacher led instruction.

The impact you'll have: 

  • Manage key projects across all products with the Enablement Operations Team.

  • Serve as the Enablement Operations Subject Matter Expert for designated products in order to support internal knowledge management systems and key Go To Market and Market Health efforts pre and post launch.

  • Coordinate with other internal cross functional teams to support key initiatives for educator facing teams to ensure they have the information and source of truth they need to sell a portfolio of products and support implementations.

  • Coordinate knowledge management audits and implement key processes to ensure content information is updated and accurate across multiple platforms.

  • Manage educator collateral projects and tasks with marketing, design, and proofing teams to support customer facing teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal training and communication efforts.

  • Support special projects as needed and identified by sales cycle requests.

  • Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Rev Ops and team targets.

  • Monitor, screen, and respond timely to all internal/external communications.

  • Inform creation of essential resources as well as training/communication content to support Sales, Partner Success, and Professional Learning teams.

What we're looking for: 

  • Proficient with Programs and Applications like Outlook, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Workfront, Qvidian, Bloomfire, Smartsheets, and search engines.
  • Strong observation skills to absorb information communicated through various channels such as meetings, emails, Zoom, trainings, memos, etc….
  • Strong interpersonal skills – comfort in building trust and dependability in a remote environment across various teams.
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continual learning. 
  • Able to learn and incorporate new and complex concepts quickly.
  • Goal oriented- ability to follow through to complete assignments within a deadline.
  • Desire to work independently and collaboratively, in a team environment while self-starting/problem solving. 
  • Project Management Skills- including the ability to have strong attention to detail and ability to follow complicated multi-step directions in a sequential logical manner.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and favorably navigate through stressful situations and pressing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills to meet demanding deadlines while managing multiple projects at initiatives at one time while prioritizing and being responsive. 
  • Confidently able to speak and present in meetings or groups of people in high stakes environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree One year of experience in managing complex projects (at minimum)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, design, or marketing (or a combination)
  • Previous experience in Sales, Technology Software, Customer Management, Government, or relevant intern or extra-curricular involvement

Travel: Less than 3-4 times per year to Company offices and internal meetings/trainings.

 

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
