About the Role

Zenoti is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Trainer to deliver engaging and effective remote training programs for new and existing employees. This role is critical to accelerating employee readiness, improving product knowledge, and driving performance across teams. You will design and deliver virtual training sessions, monitor learner progress, and track key success metrics to continuously improve training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery
    • Conduct live remote training sessions for new hires and existing employees across various departments.
    • Facilitate onboarding programs focused on Zenoti’s product suite, tools, and workflows.
    • Adapt training delivery to suit different learning styles and roles.
  • Content Development
    • Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to update and enhance training materials.
    • Customize content for different roles and regions, ensuring relevance and clarity.
  • Success Metrics & Reporting
    • Track and report on key training metrics including:
      • New hire training completion rates
      • Time to job readiness
      • Success on the job (e.g., reduced escalations, improved performance scores)
    • Use data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine training delivery.
    • Stay current on product updates and incorporate changes into training content.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or instructional delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering remote training using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training metrics and drive data-informed improvements.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Zenoti or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple training cohorts and timelines.

 

Zenoti Pay Range
$80,000$85,000 USD
