Join Maxis as an Employee Experience Intern and gain hands-on experience in building a positive and engaging workplace culture. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, create internal communication materials, and analyse participation insights to enhance the overall employee experience. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys creative work, connecting with people, and using data to make a real impact on culture and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, campaigns, and large-scale events (e.g. Sports Day, MNation, festive celebrations).
Assist with copywriting and content creation for internal communications such as emails, posters, and intranet posts.
Manage event logistics, including coordination with vendors, preparation of materials, on-site setup, and registration.
Track participation metrics and compile insights on employee engagement.
Support employee surveys and summarise feedback to improve future initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Research best practices and benchmarking data on employee experience and engagement.
Contribute creative and practical ideas to make employee experiences more memorable.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences through insights, creativity, and collaboration.
Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers and survey data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused.
Bonus: Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or survey tools (e.g. Microsoft Forms, Google Forms).
Internship Period
This internship is for 6 months, from January 2026 to June 2026.
