About this team

Our EMEA Revenue Marketing team plays a crucial role in our rapid growth and profitability across the region. With our business growing quickly, we are a small, highly collaborative unit of four—including the EMEA Marketing Director, another Marketing Manager, and an Event Manager—dedicated to achieving ambitious commercial targets. We have a major focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and high-impact events.

The Role:

With our rapidly growing business in EMEA, we have identified the need for a “full-stack marketer” who thrives working across marketing functions to deliver impact. The Revenue Marketing Manager will run successful pipeline-generating marketing activities in the region and own a key portfolio within the regional marketing plan from creation to implementation, with a focus on achieving commercial targets.

You’ll report into the EMEA Marketing Director and work closely with other Regional Marketing Managers, Account Executives, Inside Sales and other marketing team members. 

What You'll Do:

  • Partnering with sales to create a regional field marketing plan to support our aggressive growth targets.
  • Driving demand generation efforts in the region, including digital lead generation campaigns, events and webinars, partner co-marketing, and more.
  • Identifying and marketing to relevant personas at the enterprise and mid-market level and building TOFU/MOFU/BOFU engagement strategies toward those audiences.
  • Hands-on execution of local marketing activities.
  • Working with the sales team to implement best practices for outbound campaigns that can be tracked and optimized over time.
  • Continuous tracking of the return on marketing efforts and investment, delivering insights and analysis on marketing performance in the region.
  • Own a key portfolio of pipeline-generating activities and work closely with Sales. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Native-level English speaking is required for seamless communication across the global and regional teams.
    • French language skills would be a significant bonus.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • A strong track record of working closely together with sales.
  • Experience in running multi-channel B2B marketing programs, especially account-based marketing, to support sales objectives.
  • Strong Salesforce & Pardot acumen preferred.
  • Experience with intent data and tools such as Cognism and Clay, to run in-region LinkedIn Ad campaigns (1 to few, and 1 to many) preferred.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, and Azure) on MDF programs preferred.
  • Prior experience in a fast-moving environment.
