Role Purpose:

Management of Maintenance/Operative/Depot Technical Publications development and update.

Main Accountabilities and Activities:

• Management of Subcontractors involved in the maintenance Tech Pubs preparation (activities planning, assignment and control), including:

- design data retrieval and analysis;

- support to maintenance procedures development;

- support to new configurations/kits implementation;

- Fulfillment of contractual requirements.

• Management of Tech Pubs improvements.

• Management of internal and external Customers queries.

Main interfaces:

• LH Engineering Organization (CPE, Technical Departments, etc.) and Vendors for data retrieval and analysis.

• LH Product / Customer Support Management for Tech Pubs planning and budgeting.

• LH Procurement for Tech Pubs outsourcing.

• Subcontractors for Tech Pubs development.

• Other PSE functions for Tech Pubs distribution, improvement, tools development, etc..

• Customers / Authorities for management of acceptance phases and feedbacks.
