Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- 公司环境、安全及职业健康管理体系的建立和完善；
- 组织公司各部门实施法律法规及GEHC相关标准的适宜性和合规性评价，确保相关要求的有效执行；
- 组织部门开展工作场所、人机工程、化学品评估，包括可预见风险识别，评估及改进计划等；
- 组织工厂级及部门级相关EHS定期检查；
- 使用恰当的工具，负责组织事故/险兆事件/不安全状态等的调查、分析、跟踪及汇报，并分析趋势识别关注点；
- 维护变更管理系统确保不能由于变更引进不可接受的EHS风险；
- 制定并推动实施EHS培训计划；
- 负责承包商评估、培训、施工方案及许可审批等；
- 监督并确保安全/职业健康/环境监测符合相关标准，一旦发生紧急情况，根据应急计划快速做出反应并组织资源进行应对；
- 配合当地行政管理机构开展安全标准化建设等；
Required Qualifications
- 安全工程、工业工程、环境工程、化学工程等相关专业；
- 3年以上EHS工作经验，本科以上学历；
- 具备注册安全工程师方面经验资格者优先；
- 具备较强的分析问题和处理问题能力，良好的沟通、协调能力；
- 具有数字化平台搭建及使用经验；
- 良好的英语读写能力。
