ACCOUNTABILITIES
COORDINATE/MANAGE SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION USED IN DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE E-FULFILLMENT CENTERS
Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing for coding modifications and enhancements
Partner with IT, Engineering, WM and MHE vendors on the development of system enhancements
Communicate system changes and testing with operations
Actively support in developing, documenting and implementing test scripts and process maps on a continual basis
Lead/participate in various projects aimed to improve productivity, efficiency, functionality and/or user experience
LEAD PLANNING OPERATION ACTIVITIES
Coordinate wave planning activities to drive maximum throughput and efficiency
Communicate production planning targets to the operations management team
CONDUCT ROUTINE AND AD HOC ANALYSIS
Maintain all scheduled reporting items to validate accuracy of output data for PM Reports
Develop, implement, and standardize data management, collection and reporting
Coordinate and develop executive level reports to assess key performance indicators
Facilitate data collection and dissemination, multi-dimensional analysis, data mining and statistical analysis
Develop ad hoc queries in SQL for issue resolution and/or forecasting
CONDUCT PROBLEM SOLVING TO SUPPORT APPLICATION MAINTENANCE AND UPTIME AVAILABILITY
Conduct initial trouble shooting and resolution for WM, LM, PM and MHE issues and assign criticality
Maintain business partnerships with shipping carriers and ensuring vendor compliance of shipping labels and manifests
Ensure most cost efficient carriers are selected while maintaining expected fulfillment times
Maintain cycle count configurations and ensure all parameters are being met
Create active and reserve pick locations within the EFC
Coach Wave Planners and relevant management on new systems and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED
1-2 years of experience with operations and operational support systems (WMS,WCS, LMS, etc)
1-2 years Automated MHE experience and SQL experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
Works well under pressure and works as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction
Works under general supervision but is expected to use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community
