The Associate has a minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing experience

• Adhere to NXP policy and procedures.
• Understand needs and requirements of the job.

Ability to perform a wide range of tasks/assignments in multiple areas

• Can multi-task within acquired qualifications
• Perform authorized Promis, Operator Station Tracking and Datalog

Plan and stage for optimum equipment utilization

Follow all documented procedures

Abide by all safety requirements

Abide by factory protocol

Demonstrate required wafer handling skills

Perform required tool qualifications

Provides good passdown

*Is driven to produce quality results

*Adapts quickly to change
