WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
In this role you will partner with the Early Talent & Community Outreach Lead and Communications Lead to:
Early Talent Programs:
Support early talent programs, including the Pfizer Futures internships programming.
Collaborate with educational institutions to enable talent recruitment.
Site Outreach:
Support planning and coordination for outreach events such as Community Giving Team and patients focused activities.
Organize and participate in community events and activities to promote the company's mission and values.
Site Communication:
Develop site communications.
Partner with Communication lead and deliver a site communication strategy that delivers effective communications to all colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
Computer skills necessary to perform the job, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills, as well as sensitivity for handling confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a level of ambiguity and able to build strong working relationships with peers across multiple departments.
Must be independent, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Must possess the ability and initiative to work without close supervision and handle multiple tasks sometimes with challenging deadlines.
Demonstrated capability in managing projects / complex tasks would be beneficial.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand for 2 to 3 hours at a time, sit for 2 to 3 hours at a time, walk long distances and bend to obtain items from lower shelving/cabinets.
Mental:
Energy, enthusiasm & capability to drive change and commitment to challenge how we currently operate.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to share ideas, to learn, and to be challenged.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Work schedule is standard days shift.
May be minimal travel for the position as training and projects require.

Secondment 6 months
