We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who will bring enthusiasm, leadership, and educational expertise to our team — fostering an environment where children thrive and educators grow together.
About the Role
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families to support their learning journey
Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that promotes curiosity and discovery
Collaborate with educators to drive continuous improvement and professional growth
Document and assess children’s learning progress, supporting their developmental goals
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
VIT Teacher Registration – VIC requirement
Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
