Position Impact

You will take full ownership of the online business for Walmart.com and Target.com, shaping strategy and driving execution that lifts sales, strengthens digital shelf presence, and amplifies brand visibility. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, conversion performance, and how our brands show up across two of the most critical retail ecosystems.

Operating at the crossroads of sales, marketing, analytics, and retail media, you will ensure our omnichannel plans land with impact in both physical and digital retail. From optimizing content and building data led growth plans to connecting in store storytelling with online activation, you will be central to how we win with key retailers and how consumers discover and shop our products online.
