Duty Engineer

What this job involves

  • Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS), HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs across building infrastructure
  • Respond promptly to service requests, emergencies, and system failures during assigned shifts
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation in line with statutory and client requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to uphold service standards and SLAs
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all times

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of work experience in FM / PM, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E&M operation and maintenance works
  • Registered electrical worker with license B0 or above
  • Good PC Knowledge
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills
