Development and implementation of distribution channel (Independent agency/ financial institution/ proprietary agency) strategies:
Develop short-term and medium-term distribution strategy
Clarification of current situation and issues and the ideal state of distribution model, operation model, digital capability, enablers, etc.
Concretization of plans, establishment of milestones, and key KPIs, identification of risks and mitigation actions
Develop an implementation governance plan and governance model
Conduct research on market, best practices, latest technologies, etc.
Manage implementation of distribution strategy plan to align to company strategy by developing robust monitoring governance
Project management/ lead in strategic projects such as distribution transformation and relevant implementation projects.
Lead or assist strategic alliances to build, plan, and execute new alliance models
Collaborate with the relevant divisions (mainly internal Distribution) preparing the report to the Management and Regional Office. Also manage the relationships with Regional Office.
Manage the Distribution project Portfolio along with company strategy and project execution progress.
Expected skills and experience:
(Experience) Consultant experience or worked at strategy planning or relevant department at industrial company, or experience at the life insurance industry.
(Skills) Consulting skills such as logical thinking, assumption-based approach, project management, stakeholder management, etc.
Expected language:
Japanese: Native.
English: Business, writing as mandatory.
Other
Better to have working experience at English environment.
