Summary
The Dispute Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing client inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses to client validation requests. This role supports InDebted’s commitment to high-quality client service by researching, validating, and resolving account discrepancies while maintaining compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, external clients, and consumers to ensure effective and professional issue resolution.
