Job Description:
- Tasks to be carried out by the student:
It is expected that the student joins the Jigs&Tools team in Airbus Cadiz. The activities to be performed will be focused in the development of molds and tools in additive manufacturing. The intention is to get an end-to-end process control, starting with the understanding of the necesities/requirements, design of the part, manufacturing support, set up the tool and deliver to production.
The student will be also envolved in the different tasks carried out by the department, in order to expand his/her knowledge and get a wider vision of the company.
- Knowledge to be acquired by the student:
The student will get a full vision of an aerostructure factory, not only tooling but also manufacturing engineering, quality, production, program management...
The design principles and programming skills for additive manufacturing will be a key knowledge to be developed.
The student will be linked to all projects developed and manufactured in Airbus Cádiz. This will comprehend Commercial aircrafts and also Defence programs.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in engineering aerospace or industrial.
- English: negotiation level
- Spanish: negotiation level
- General knowledge in CATIA v5
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
