AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Are you a dynamic professional ready to drive both the strategy and the execution of Aerospace R&T Programmatic activities?

We are seeking a student to join our 1RP Technology Planning & Roadmapping organization, which not only leads Airbus Group's Technology Portfolio Management, Roadmapping, R&T Program Delivery and R&T Strategic Partnership Management but also acts as the Airbus R&T National Representative in Spain.

The student will work closely with a mentor to support Strategic Partnership Management  activities  and other strategic initiatives within the Spanish R&T perimeter.

The Main activities you will perform are:

  • Project Monitoring & Control: Lead the planning, follow-up, and monitoring of R&T Strategic Partnership activities and other strategic initiatives within the Spanish R&T perimeter

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, update, and present reports, documentation, dashboards, and charts, to enable decision-making.

  • Process Excellence: Implement and deploy related processes, methods, and tools for Partnership & Project management.

  • Risk & Opportunities: Actively manage the identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and strategic opportunities.

  • Coordination: Facilitate and report on key coordination meetings and workshops, ensuring clear action tracking and project baselining.

The student will learn about:

  • Strategic Partnerships management

  • Project and Programme management 

  • Airbus Internal Stakeholder management

Area:

Airbus  Technology Planning & Roadmapping organization (siglum 1RP)

  • Google suite, including Looker Studio

  • Airbus Planning Tools
