Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Warmline program and serve as a senior Warmline advocate, providing direct career coaching and consultation to executive talent navigating workplace challenges and career advancement opportunities

  • Partner, influence, and drive equality talent practices to ensure fair and consistent processes with a focus on talent management, recruiting, mobility practices, future of work, and accelerating this work through AI.

  • Lead the design and scaling of Trailhead and live immersive learning experiences for leaders, employees, and ES partners to drive fair and merit-based talent experiences for all employees, incorporating AI personalization where possible and inclusive design principles.

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify process and experience gaps and drive change in partnership with senior ES and business leaders. Drive process integrity, objective decision making, and fairness at every step.

  • Partner across Equality, Engagement, Legal, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Recruiting, ES Business Partners, and AI/Tech Ethics teams to deliver tailored solutions for retention, advancement, and hiring.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders on inclusive and AI-enabled talent practices.

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching and consultation for leaders and executives navigating career and workplace challenges

  • Report directly into the Equality Talent Lead, helping to drive Salesforce’s global equality talent, Warmline, and enablement strategy

Experience + Skills

  • 10+ years in equality talent, HR, equality, learning and development, or related leadership roles, with experience in global and matrixed organizations.

  • Deep expertise in equality talent practices, talent management strategies, learning strategies, and talent process design

  • Deep expertise in talent process design and optimization, including experience redesigning recruiting, performance management, promotion, and succession planning processes for fairness, objectivity, equality, and inclusion

  • Proven ability to process and leverage data to identify gaps, mitigate bias, and build prescriptive solutions

  • Adept at coaching and consulting senior executives on complex equality talent practices and scenarios

  • Skilled facilitator and experience leading enablement

  • Skilled with Tableau dashboards, data visualization, and analytics platforms

  • Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong change management capabilities

  • Experience partnering with legal and knowledge of employment law, and emerging compliance frameworks

  • Comfortable navigating highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to build, execute, and collaborate on a global strategy that integrates innovation with fairness, objectivity, and inclusion.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
