The Director, Special Projects plays a key role in shaping and accelerating DaVita’s most impactful operational initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner and connector across our innovation lanes—Runway, Forge, and Pioneer—this leader helps bring ideas to life that drive lasting change across the Village.
In this role, you’ll lead enterprise-level projects, guide the work of our Operations Excellence Action Team, and partner closely with senior executives to align priorities, streamline decision-making, and translate strategy into action. You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on operator, balancing big-picture thinking with executional excellence. The Salary Range for the role is $133,300.00 - $195,700.00 per year.
