Job Description Summary
As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group, the Director, Projects and Operations will be dedicated to one or more of Cushman & Wakefield’s most dynamic client accounts. The Director of Projects & Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for project management and operations across all accounts and programs. This role is accountable for the successful delivery of projects, financial management, client relations, and operational excellence. The Director will ensure compliance and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring all client requirements and objectives are met.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and resolving escalated issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Operations Management & Client Relations
- Oversee day-to-day client services for all projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standardized work processes and quality assurance methods.
- Coordinate start-ups and transitions for new projects, ensuring successful completion.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Oversee technical skills training, career development, and compliance with hiring guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and safety practices.
Other Duties
- Perform special assignments and execute responsibilities as directed by senior leadership.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology applications relevant to project and operations management.
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum ten years’ experience in facilities services or project management, with at least seven years in a leadership role.
- Technical knowledge in project delivery.
- Proven administrative, management, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication abilities.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 127,500.00 - $150,000.00
