This role is based at our Allschwil, Switzerland site

Your tasks

  • Provide expert advice to local Quality operations to support business leaders in achieving profit targets.
  • Coordinate all aspects of Quality functions, managing a team of Quality leaders.
  • Set and coordinate both short- and long-term objectives consistent with the division’s goals.
  • Represent the company in interactions with key customers and regulatory bodies, maintaining a positive company image.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive site quality plan.
  • Foster talent development to ensure engaging employee experiences and succession planning.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining full compliance with quality system regulations.
  • Promote Practical Process Improvement (PPI) across the quality organization.
  • Develop and implement procedures and programs to maintain and improve our competitive position.
  • Establish a robust local audit mechanism.
  • Build rapport with the workforce to promote quality, safety, efficiency, and high morale.
  • Sign Certificates of Manufacturing/Packaging and fulfill duties as a Delegated Responsible Person.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a scientific/technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with exposure to Production or Distribution.
  • Proven experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Capable of translating business demands into operational quality plans.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to gain customer trust.
  • Deep understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective collaborator across functions and divisions.
  • Outstanding leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record in developing future leaders and personalized development plans.
