Overview:

Overview 

The Program Director is responsible for the oversight, development, planning, and successful implementation of high-priority, high-visibility, and high-complexity programs or key initiatives within the organization. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, program execution, budget management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful delivery of programs aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.  This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with the proven ability to drive initiatives forward, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and foster effective collaboration across diverse teams. 

  • Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.  

  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development.  

  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or project site visits.  

Education 

  • High School / GED (Required) 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)  

 

Certification/Licensure 

  • One of the following certifications is preferred or an equivalent: 

  • Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM)   

  • Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP)   

  • Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)   

  • Project Management Institute Program Management Professional (PgMP) 

  • Scrum Master (SAFe)  

Experience 

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience (Required) 

  • Healthcare experience (Preferred) 

  • Care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plan and/or technical project management (Preferred)
