The Director, Organic Growth will ensure Toast remains at the cutting edge of inbound growth and ensure that Toast can win today’s search, but also tomorrow’s.
We’re looking for leader who to own the strategy & execution that drives sustainable, high-quality growth across organic channels. This role sits at the intersection of content, SEO, and emerging search ecosystems - and is responsible for driving organic traffic, measuring and accelerating Toast’s visibility in MOFU and BOFU content areas, and converting that visibility into business impact.
The ideal candidate understands how organic discovery is evolving in an LLM-driven world, blends analytical rigor with a deep understanding of how our target customers are looking for information, and can operationalize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
