Director of Operations
RevBot, leading RCM services and development in a multi-location environment in India.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in one of our locations each day leading and managing the Managers, Supervisors,
Team Leaders and staff.
- Account activity auditing of internal and external AR workforce
- Lead the relationship between the staff efforts and the client needs via email, weekly
meetings, ad hoc requests, and projects as needed to ensure we are exceeding client’s
expectations
- Streamline the RCM operations for all clients
- Account analysis and reconciliation of A/R and Staff Productivity
- Analyze and audit accuracy and completeness of AR task protocols
- Preparing recommendations for process improvement and training opportunities
- Facilitate the identification and communication of new regulatory and reimbursement trends,
opportunities, and recovery tactics
- Analysis of specific payors, including contract language, to prospectively identify effective
collection tactics and missed opportunities
- Completion of assigned reporting tasks
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance claims payments, including reference to contract
payment terms, CMS coding and billing rules, authorizations, and generally accepted coding
and claims payment standards
- Implements, manages and evolves the most HIPAA compliant environment and ensures all
staff are meeting the guidelines/regulations
- Oversee and act as a liaison for the development team as they need support, inspection of
their work, guidance on the tickets at hand, productivity and ensure attention to detail for all
staff.
- Investigate development research as needed associated with RCM expertise to assist the
development efforts and ensure the product is robust
- Performs all necessary research to correctly verify claim payment accuracy or denial
legitimacy, including telephonic communication with plan where necessary
- Assist Leaders with distributing work queues and managing team volumes as needed
- Works collaboratively with peers and senior management to ensure business needs are
being met.
- Ensure facilities meet the security requirements and is adequate for our staff
- Track numerous metrics to develop revenue cycle analysis and reporting
- Manage relationships with vendors local to India to solve challenges and come up with best
solutions to support the clients and staff
- Work with employees and other managers to develop systems and procedures necessary for
operations
- Provide training, information and support to employees while solving problems and
accomplishing objectives of the department.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
- Additional duties to be assigned from time to time
Required Skills:

- Ability to communicate with and work well with all levels within an organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle area required.
- Minimum of 5 years of director level managerial experience in a health care environment
preferred.
Management
