Job Summary:
The Director of Pricing will lead the firm’s pricing strategy, driving profitability, predictability, and value for both the firm and its clients. This high-impact role will collaborate closely with leadership, attorneys, and cross-functional business teams to design and implement pricing models that balance client needs with firm objectives.
The Director will oversee a team of pricing professionals, ensuring the development of innovative, data-driven proposals, fee arrangements, and financial analyses. This position offers the opportunity to influence firmwide strategy, enhance client relationships, and deliver measurable financial results.

Success Profile:
For New York Metro area, the expected salary range for this position is between $210,000 and $230,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
For California, the expected salary range for this position is between $230,000 and $250,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
