We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and innovative professional to take on the role of Director of Food & Beverage.
The Director of Food & Beverage will be a member of the Hotel’s Planning Committee and will oversee the entire division, including our restaurants, kitchens, stewarding, bar, and in-room dining operations.
What you will do
Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the F&B Division
Participate in the development of the team through personalized monitoring of each member of his or her team and by proposing training actions to improve individual performance
Work closely with the General Management, Chefs and Beverage Leaders to design the menus, offerings and corporate activations
Concentrate efforts on maximizing the Department's profit and controlling costs
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit
Build effective relationships with all key stakeholders and create an environment that supports collaboration and involvement
What you bring
Proven experience in leading Food & Beverage operations within a 5*luxury hotel or resort environment.
A leadership style that is authentic, engaging and strategic, based on identified business priorities
Creativity and passion for delivering innovative culinary and service experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.
Ability to balance guest satisfaction with team engagement, fostering an environment where both guests and employees feel genuinely cared for.
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English & Italian

Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Open term contract based at San Domenico Palace, Taormina.
