PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Director of Finance, Real Estate Transformation will oversee the Finance Real Estate FP&A, Business Partner and synthetic leasing team. The incumbent is responsible for design of operational processes and procedures that maximize the efficacy and efficiency of operations within the assigned functional area(s).

SUPERVISION:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
Annual Rate: $165,000 - $275,000 for Waltham/Lexington MA location
