Responsibilities:
Effectively increases member lead generation via multiple advertising venues
Daily activities at Community outreach (senior centers, churches, etc...)
Upholds a strong field presence and builds relationships within the healthcare industry
Maintains up to date monthly calendar of events
Distributes calendar to Executive team and center managers on a monthly basis
Measure and recaps membership lead results by office, HMO and event
Skills and Specifications
2-3 years’ experience in marketing or sales
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription drug programs
Knowledge of insurance industry and compliance
Excellent organization skills to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Exceptional communications skills, including public speaking
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel & Outlook
Ability to travel as required
