. Operational and strategical lead of all regional logistics activities
. Develop and implement the regional logistics strategy in alignment with the company strategy (BU, OPS, Regional Head, Global Logistics, etc.)
. Responsible for the regional logistics organization and the development
. Foster continuous improvements with regards to efficiency, costs and quality of logistics processes
. Support logistics supplier development and customer relation
. Ensure achievement of defined Logistics KPIs and project targets
. Master or Dipl. Ing in business / logistics or similar qualification
. 10 Years business experience, minimum 5 Years working in a leading position
. Automotive business
. Project & process management
. Management experiences leading personnel
. Professional English skills
. Work experience with ERP-Systems as SAP (SD, MM, PP, …) and/or Aurora
. MS Office (especially very good Excel skills)
. Analytic skills
