Scope of leadership role:
The Segment IT Director will be a key participant leading the strategic planning, implementation, and operation of the AMC segment IT strategy. The Segment IT Director will work closely in conjunction with the Division VP/GMs and the Regal Rexnord Corporate IT team supporting current operations and long-term business objectives. This leader will be responsible for developing plans that support division and corporate strategic goals. The right candidate will be a strong change agent both externally and internally working across the Regal Rexnord organization. This role reports directly to the EVP & President - Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment of Regal Rexnord Corporation & indirectly to the corporate IT function. The successful candidate will have proven experience in building, supporting and managing an IT business and driving IT transformation. In addition to demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, this leader must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
This role is preferred in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI, however we are open to remote for the right candidate.
“Expected Base Salary Range: $ 141,100-$221,100
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.”
