Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a Director of International Marketing to drive the global expansion of our brand. This leader will own the go-to-market strategy across new and existing regions, ensuring our brand voice and DNA remain consistent while adapting thoughtfully to local cultures, geographies, and consumer behaviors. The Director will be both a strategist and an executor—building frameworks, tools, and repeatable processes that scale. They’ll partner closely with global wholesale and retail leaders, regional teams, and external partners to maximize impact across every marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute international GTM strategies for new market entries, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Localization & Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand voice and DNA while adapting messaging, creative, and activations to resonate with diverse cultural and geographic markets.

  • Counter Seasonality Management: Anticipate and plan for seasonal misalignments across hemispheres, ensuring assortment and campaigns meet local timing needs.

  • Playbooks & Templates: Build scalable frameworks and standardized processes for international launches, marketing calendars, and partner collaboration.

  • Influencer & Ambassador Network: Oversee and grow international influencer, ambassador, and event networks to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Event & Activation Management: Lead global brand activations, retail events, and in-person experiences, ensuring alignment with local customer expectations.

  • Social Media Localization: Partner with global and regional teams to adapt Fabletics’ social strategy for each market—ensuring content, channel mix, and community engagement reflect local trends, platforms, and cultural nuances. In partnership with the Social Media lead.

  • Investment Optimization: Maximize the impact of Fabletics’ global marketing spend and guide partners’ investment strategies for joint success.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Merchandising, Creative, and International Sales to ensure marketing supports both global and local business priorities.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish clear KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and learnings from each market to continuously refine approach.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong track record in international go-to-market execution.

  • Experience in retail, consumer brands, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred.

  • Proven ability to build scalable processes and frameworks.

  • Deep understanding of localization, cultural nuance, and regional consumer insights.

  • Strong commercial acumen—able to manage budgets, guide partner spend, and measure ROI.

  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, ambassador programs, and experiential activations.

  • Collaborative leader who can operate in a matrixed, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and able to bridge HQ and international teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $133,000-$170,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
