Job Description Summary

Lead the strategic and operational management of GoldSeal products across the MICT portfolio, with a focus on product quality, cost optimization, growth acceleration, lifecycle planning, and serviceability. Drive cross-functional alignment and transparent communication across Service, Equipment, and segment leadership to ensure business objectives are met.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Quality

  • Monitor and analyze product quality metrics; initiate corrective actions and report progress to GoldSeal to segment leadership.

  • Investigate customer complaints and CSOs; collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Champion component reuse strategies that uphold the integrity and certification standards of systems.

Cost

  • Evaluate standard cost structures and lead initiatives to improve contribution margin and market competitiveness.

  • Manage aging inventory and asset disposition to optimize inventory turns and meet operational performance targets.

  • Define product standards that balance profitability with compelling Blue Book values, supporting upgrade strategies for key product returns.

Growth

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for GoldSeal, focusing on assets from trades and lease returns.

  • Forecast demand and lead NPI planning based on installed base trends and retirement patterns, in collaboration with regional teams.

  • Own end-to-end NPI execution: business case development, catalog creation, costing, engineering and regulatory documentation, qualification, and quoting models.

  • Approve NPI scope, schedules, milestone reviews, and supporting documentation.

  • Lead PSI planning for GoldSeal lifecycle management and participate in EOL milestone reviews.

  • Partner with Service Marketing to create impactful product collateral & maintain accurate web content.

  • Collaborate with global refurbishment centers to ensure consistent product quality and throughput aligned with quarterly business goals.

Service

  • Track on-time delivery performance; review PSI, order backlog, and shipment commitments with production teams.

  • Advocate for GoldSeal product reliability and service excellence with Sales and Field Engineering teams.

  • Define & publish Blue Book values and S2 PSI plans to guide purchasing and trade-in pricing in TiX.

  • Integrate with segment  teams to align EOPL milestone timing (M7/M8) with global installed base transitions.

  • Optimize inventory management and support trade pricing decisions through demand forecasting and retirement analysis.

Communication

  • Foster strong, ongoing collaboration with Service, Sales, Modality, and Lifecycle Solutions teams to align on regional and global priorities and deliver operational performance.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in product management, Service, or Regional product  functions with specific emphasis on MICT.

  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
