We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Finance Partner with strong analytical and business acumen. This role requires a deep understanding of financial, operational, and clinical drivers to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance. The Finance Partner plays a critical role in identifying opportunities for improvement, driving efficiencies, and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.Job Duties:
The Director of Finance Partnering will support strategic and operational financial leadership for specific Entities and/or Institutes of Geisinger Health. This position is actively involved in development of the operating and capital forecasts, the long-range financial model, business plan financial models, monthly operating reviews, financial improvement initiatives, promotion of financial and operational benchmarking, and assures compliance with financial standards and procedures. This role is responsible to develop high performing team by coordinating efforts of assigned Senior Finance and Finance Partners.
The position will be expected to be on site (Danville PA) on average one day per week to connect with operational teams in person.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
