The Role:

The Director of Data & AI Partnerships will be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader responsible for driving and expanding Celonis's ecosystem of data and AI partners. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that firmly embed Celonis as a critical intelligence layer within the Data & AI ecosystem, while accelerating market adoption of AI solutions based on Celonis and the partners' data and AI capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise AI by leveraging Celonis's Process Intelligence to empower partner platforms and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with leading data and AI companies (e.g. Databricks, Anthropic, OpenAI) to expand Celonis's market reach and enhance its AI offerings.
  • Joint Value Proposition & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with partners to develop compelling joint value propositions, integrated solutions, and go-to-market strategies that drive consumption and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of Celonis Process Intelligence with partner AI platforms, enabling the secure rollout of AI agents at scale. 
  • Market Leadership & Awareness: Increase market awareness and fortify Celonis's positioning as a key player in the enterprise AI market through significant acceleration of agentic third-party deployments, public references, and joint press releases with partners.
  • Sales Enablement & Revenue Orchestration: Operationalize Cloud & AI partners in sales revenue orchestration, focusing on partner driven deals and AI deployments through sales operations reporting and top-down accountability.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on the intersection of Process Intelligence, Data, and AI, representing Celonis at industry events and with key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Potentially build and lead a team of partnership managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, product within the enterprise software and the broader data, cloud & AI ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$175,000$205,000 USD
