We are currently seeking a Director of Client Engagement to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Director of Client Engagement with our Symphony Health team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with our strategic goals. You will contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, innovative solutions, and leadership in client-facing initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading the development and execution of client engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving client experiences and service delivery.

  • Overseeing client communication and relationship management, ensuring timely and effective responses to client inquiries.

  • Providing strategic guidance on client engagement initiatives, including feedback collection and action plans for improvement.

  • Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders to align client needs with Symphony Health’s services and capabilities.
     

Your Profile:

  • Advanced degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience managing client relationships with pharmaceutical/ life science companies, payers, private equity firms, or Pharmacy Benefit Managers

  • Expertise in patient level data and payer data

  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.

  • Expertise in client engagement strategies and performance metrics analysis.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive outcomes.

  • Currently reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey

  • Have ability to travel up to 25%
